Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Twin Falls

After a long day of traveling, I realized I messed up when I was standing at the front desk. I accidentally booked the room at the wrong hotel. Amber immediately offered to call the hotel and ask them if they would cancel my reservation without a fee and she said she could accommodate me at this property. I am so used to employees not caring about solving a problem. Most of the time they just tell you what you can do, but never offer any kind of assistance handling the issue. Amber is different.

Family friendly hotel. Very clean. Great outdoor patio area ideal for enjoying the warm spring evenings. Breakfast buffet was about a 6 out of 10. I loved that they had fruit available all day. This was really nice after hiking all day. They also offer a chilled water dispenser at the front desk as well as complimentary water bottles. The beverage station had coffee, tea and hot cocoa available all day. They have a pool and hot tub that looked nice although we didn't use them. There are 2 large BBQ grills on the patio, a nice fire pit, tables, chairs and benches. Beautiful hanging plants and ambiance lighting. My only complaint is that the rooms are too hot. The air-conditioning is restricted and you are unable to lower it. It also had a motion sensor so once you go to sleep it thinks the room is unoccupied and it reverts to a higher temperature. I slept miserably.

Solid if somewhat older Fairfield in Twin Falls. Very clean , nice staff, rooms a bit smaller than newer Fairfield’s. Didn’t eat the breakfast. Close to the snake river canyon trail and elevation 486, both highly recommended.

I frequently stay at Marriots for work and occasionally vacation. Generally they're all great but I appreciated the people at the front desk being helpful. I stayed here for work and was looking for something to do after work. Ally and Amber (I believe) were both helpful with recs on top of being super friendly.

Overall a good place to stay in Boise. Very centrally located close to mini restaurants and stores. The area is nice. There is a little Canal next to the hotel that blocks traffic on that side so it makes it quiet for the rooms. The rooms were nice, clean and stocked. Breakfast was good if you went early otherwise the coffee was not refilled, and some of the breakfast items weren't replenished.

The gal at the counter was a total doll. Super sweet. The building is alittle dated, could use a good cleaning, our room wasn't fully clean. There were splatters on the wall by the toilet paper that looked like vomit to be honest.... the location is easy and lots of food around it. The patio was nice. Just the room and the outside of the building that left alittle to be desired.

Its a beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff are professional. The pool and whirlpool tub are clean. I didn't enjoy the breakfast bar, it lacked freshness. The location is at the crossroads of two major highways and the sound of traffic penetrates the walls, and goes on all night long.

After traveling for 9 1/2 hours from Oregon, it was a truly welcoming experience to be able to rest at such a beautiful hotel. I’ve traveled to different places across the US and you truly never know what you’re going to get. Nothing can ruin a nights sleep like a broken AC unit, loud neighbors or questionable cleanliness in a hotel room. This Fairfield hotel was lovely and pristine and the beds and linens felt so comfortable, clean, and new. The building overall was very welcoming and even though we checked in very late, (at 11:30pm) the front desk staff member, Caleb, was very friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful experience, and we were able to rest comfortably for the next days journey. Plus, the breakfast hours were very reasonable and the food was good and still plentiful at 8:30am. I appreciated the late check out time, especially since we just drove through a time zone and felt rather sluggish getting up the next day. (Refreshed from a good nights rest but traveling is still very tiring.) The prices are also very reasonable. I appreciated all the care put into giving customers a good experience. It might just be for one night but it made a huge difference for us and contributed to the pleasant memories of our special road trip.
